This prestigious recognition celebrates their dedication to improving residents’ lives through exceptional quality care. The Bronze award is the first of three levels in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, honoring providers nationwide who demonstrate outstanding commitment to enhancing care for our elders and individuals with disabilities.

Meet Ebenezer!

The Wayne Center's newest, cutest, and most lovable resident has already made himself at home! He is a team player and helps at the reception desk. 👋 He participates in therapy regularly and is making steady progress toward his strength and mobility goals. 🏋️ He is inspired by the care he receives and is already considering a career in nursing. 🩺 He is leading the pack in the Walk to End Alzheimer's 💜 and he demonstrates compassion by leading with heart in all that he does. ❤️ Best of all, he brings warmth and smiles to his fellow residents. 🥰

We are so proud of Chris, our first Leading with Heart award recipient! He assisted a distraught mother with paperwork and took a moment to play with her young child so she could have some relief during a difficult time. Making her feel supported shows true compassion, and is the epitome of providing excellent customer service, a quality we highly value here at the Wayne Center. Congratulations, Chris, and thank you for going above and beyond everyday! ❤️
