Subject: Discover the Power of Yoga for Sleep Apnea
I hope this coming year 2024 finds you in good health and high spirits! I wanted to share some valuable information as I am approaching my Final phase of Yoga Therapy Certification (4 Years). As a final project, I am supposed to do three case studies with one health condition and I have picked ‘Sleep Apnea’.
What Does this Project Entail:-
Commitment from the individual to have 4 (1-1.25 hours each) in-person classes, maintaining personal practice, and providing feedback on the effects.
The First class will be a personal interview and assessment and a design for personal practice based on the time and availability of the client. The same will be drawn/recorded for home practice. The clients need to maintain a daily log of the observations - examples: quality of sleep, memory, Balance, digestion, mood, relationship with family/friends, etc. The next visit will be a review and discussion on the effects and making changes to the practice if needed. The same procedure follows for the 3rd & the 4th visit.
Unlike commercial approaches, our focus is on holistic healing rather than profit-driven solutions. By practicing a few selected yoga poses & Incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises) techniques into your daily routine can have a profound impact on your overall well-being. These practices not only offer physical benefits but also promote relaxation and tranquility, leading to better sleep patterns.
I understand that embarking on this journey may seem overwhelming at first. That's why we're here for you every step of the way. My knowledge is to guide you through these practices with personalized attention and care.
Remember: You have the power within you to transform your life. Start embracing these authentic yoga techniques today and witness the remarkable changes they bring.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further guidance. I am here to support you on this transformative path!
