There’s a moment when something clicks.

The other day I met a man on a single-track road who insisted I reverse…
even though he’d just passed a big space.
Even though I would’ve had to go backwards around a corner.
Even though it made no sense at all.

And when I didn’t move he practically lost his mind!! 😡

Red in the face, gesturing wildly, full of rage.
Eventually he did reverse, but not before hurling abuse out of his window.
And I just sat there, just smiling…. (My middle finger twitching!😂)

Old me might’ve gone wobbly. Fumed. Cried later.

But I heeld the line.
Felt no need to fix it.
Saw the situation for what it was….
a grown man throwing a tantrum because he didn’t get his own way.l!

And it hit me in that moment—
some people like this are making decisions for the world. 🤢

This is why sacred leadership matters.
This is why our healing matters.
This is why we must rise from a place of emotional maturity, energetic clarity, and deep, embodied power.

Because leadership without self-awareness is just control.
And expansion without healing is just more noise.

If you’re growing, rising, leading—
you need to be held too.

Soft expansion is still expansion.
And your heart, your nervous system, your lineage, your truth…
they deserve to be supported with love, depth, and fire.

This is the work I do with women who are leading something bigger.
Not just businesses—but new templates for living, for relating, for power.
They’re no longer available for the performance, the posturing, the pedestal.
They’re here for what’s real.
And they know their softness is not a liability—it’s part of their legacy.
