Sometimes your soul says yes long before your human self is ready!!

Twelve years ago I did a six-month course -
Awakening Your Light Body.
Every session… I felt sick. Ungrounded. Spaced out.
Or I’d just fall asleep mid-activation.

It wasn’t that I didn’t want it — I couldn’t wait to join.
My soul was pulling me in.
I loved it!!!….
But my human self just wasn’t ready for what was coming through.

Energetically, I was cluttered.
I was right at the beginning of my big spiritual awakening.
And the work was simply way too big for the version of me who was still wading through doubt, fear, old patterns, old identities.

But I kept the recordings.
I kept circling back.
And about three years later… I could finally receive it.
Fully.
In my body.
In my field.
In my understanding.
The activation could finally land!

And that’s the thing we forget…

Your soul can be ready — unmistakably ready — while your human self is still catching up.

Sometimes we need the second pass.
Or even a third
Sometimes we need time to digest, integrate, unclutter, expand…
before we can genuinely hold what we deeply desire

I’m actually going back to the Lightbody course again now — with a completely different bandwidth, a completely different level of readiness. And it feels right. It feels aligned. It feels like a homecoming.

So if you’ve ever said yes to something you couldn’t fully receive at the time…
or if you’re circling back to work you once “failed” at integrating…

There was never anything wrong

You were just becoming the woman who could hold the thing your soul already knew was meant for you⭐️

Nothing is wasted.
Nothing is missed.
Your timing is actually perfect!

As we move into this busy season…..the invitations, the gatherings, the “we always do this,” the “I suppose I should” sometimes we forget that we are actually allowed to choose!!!

You don’t have to say yes just because you said yes last year!
You don’t have to show up to something if, inside, it’s a no.
You don’t have to pick up the pace of the season if your whole being is craving peace, softness, or simply being with yourself or your little tribe.

We get to choose.
We have always been allowed to choose.
We just forget.

And for so many women…..especially if you’re a mother, a business owner, the anchor of a big family ,the festive season can be the most exhausting time of the whole year.
It’s beautiful but it can also be… a lot.

So here’s a lil reminder (from the women you used to do it all!!😂)

✨ Start thinking now about how you want the season to feel.
✨ What you want to hold.
✨ What you want to release.
✨ What actually matters to you this year.
✨ And what you simply don’t have the capacity (or desire) to carry anymore.

Your no is sacred.
Your yes is sacred.
And your life, this one wild, precious life ….deserves to be lived on your terms.

You get to do it differently this year, if you want to😘

✨This year, I’ve helped more people than ever create a life they love …..not by chasing more strategy or doing more… but by releasing what was never theirs in the first place!

The energy.
The limiting beliefs.
The old identity that said “I can’t,” “I shouldn’t,” or “it’s not for me.”

I’ve supported a holistic doctor, shamanic healer, priestess, a yoga teacher, a photographer, a film director, artists, doula, health professionals, s*x coaches, money coaches, somatic coaches, business coaches, healers, authors, a herbalist, a nature therapist, a fitness coach, retreat organiser, couples, single women, and men too…. A lot of beautiful people…

Different stories.
Different backgrounds.
But shared desires — to feel worthy, fulfilled, loved, purposeful, abundant and free 🌈

And what I know to be true is….
When you release one big block -the identity that kept you small, the belief that kept you waiting- everything else starts to move🚀

Money flows.
Love deepens.
Clarity lands.
Life opens.

You don’t have to fix every corner of your life.
You just need to shift the one thing that’s ready to shift.
The rest will rise to meet you there

💫 This is the work I did on myself ….and it’s the work that changes everything.

I felt the fear and did it anyway!!!💃

I’ve just come back from Greece, and one of my biggest takeaways is that I can do scary things!!

This might not seem huge to some people, but to me, it really was….
I felt called to go on a retreat in Greece,and before I could overthink it or talk myself out of it, I booked it.

As the day got closer, the nerves kicked in.
It felt really edgy!
Flying alone to a country I’d never been to, navigating Athens on my own, spending a night solo in a full on city….. my brain had a lot to say about that!!🤣

When I arrived there were chanting protesters at the airport.
My taxi couldn’t find me.
It was dark, raining, and I got dropped at the wrong place.
The Airbnb host wasn’t there to meet me
Everything that could’ve pushed my buttons… did 🤢

And it was fine!!
I found my way.
I figured it out.
And I even met up with an old neighbour I hadn’t seen in over twenty years — we walked through the streets of Athens and had the most delicious meal!!

The retreat itself was gorgeous…. new friends, real Greece, ancient olive trees, laughter, sun, swimming and rest. Just what I needed.

If I’d listened to fear, I wouldn’t have left my house!
But because I trusted the nudge, I got to live something beyond what I could have imagined.

The thing is, fear often shows up right at the edge of our big leap.

The unknown isn’t dangerous, it’s just unfamiliar.
And once we take the step, it becomes natural and easy… we’ve just got to do it!!!

So…. I guess that means I can do hard things!!!
(We all can!)💫

My big WHY.

The work I do …the energy work, the healing, the hypnosis, the connection with star beings, the deep subconscious rewiring ….it’s a magical pathway🌈

A portal.

Because what I’m really here for isn’t just transformation or expansion.
It’s joy.
It’s aliveness.
It’s when a woman remembers who she is and feels lit up by her own existence💕

That’s my why!!!
That’s the fire that moves through everything I create🔥

I’ve always had this deep, burning desire for people to live lives they truly love.
To wake up in the morning and feel excited to be alive.
To feel excited about the day ahead, to feel joy to be themselves!!

The tools I use ….energy work, hypnosis, cosmic connection …..these are the bridges.
What they lead to is a different frequency of living.
A higher one.

Because it’s never really about “going to get” what you want.
It’s about aligning your energy with a different frequency
And when you do… everything clicks into place.

The universe/ god/ love/ source…wants you to be happy.
Your soul wants you to be thrilled by your own life.
It doesn’t want to be boxed in or dimmed down.
It wants to stretch, play, create, experience, live.

That’s what I’m here for.
