When the crown is out of balance, we grip harder.
We force.
We try to control every outcome before we move.

But healing the crown invites something different:

Trust.
Devotion.

This is for you if you stopped trusting your own knowing.

Your intuition spoke first.Quietly. Clearly. Cleanly.

And then the mind arrived!!!

“What if I’m wrong?”“What will they think?”“I need more time…”“I should ask someone else…”

So now you call it confusion.

But most of the time?

You already know.

The problem is not that your intuition is weak.It’s that you’ve been taught to override it.

To trust logic over feeling.Noise over stillness.Proof over inner truth.

And the longer you ignore your own knowing…the harder it becomes to hear yourself clearly.

This is about clear discernment– inner trust– clean decision-making– seeing without distortion

Your throat chakra isn’t blocked because you “don’t know what to say.”…!

It’s blocked because somewhere along the way…
it stopped feeling safe to fully express yourself.

So now you:
– rewrite the caption 14 times
– soften your truth
– over-explain
– hold back the real thing you actually want to say

Not because you’re unclear.

Because you’re filtered.

Filtered through:
– fear of judgment
– fear of being misunderstood
– fear of being “too much”
– fear of being seen fully

So your voice gets diluted.

And when your truth gets diluted?
Your magnetism does too.

The women who change rooms, movements, businesses, lives…

are not always the loudest.

But they are honest.

Clean.
Clear.
Unapologetically expressed.

This is your reminder:
Your voice does not need to be perfect to be powerful.

You don’t have a motivation problem!!!

You’ve just stopped letting yourself DESIRE!🔥

Somewhere along the way you became:
– logical
– responsible
– “realistic”

And your desires……

Got quieter. Smaller. Easier to ignore.

So now…
You create what makes sense
You choose what feels safe
You build what you should

And wonder why it feels flat.

Why it feels heavy.
Why it’s not landing the way you thought it would.

Because desire is the thing that makes you magnetic.

Desire is what calls it in.

And when that’s shut down….

Everything becomes effort.

This is what a closed sacral actually looks like.

Just a slow disconnection from what you really want.

Visibility feels exposing.
Rest feels uncomfortable.
Receiving feels…edgy….

You cannot build overflow
on top of a body that still feels like it’s surviving.

This is where we begin.

Not with more strategy.
Not with more doing.

But with grounding.
With safety.
With finally letting yourself be held.

There is a version of you with clean, potent, focused energy…
and then there is the version of you carrying 27 open tabs in her mind!!! (No one wants this!!)

“Should I do this?”
“Is now the right time?”
“Maybe I’ll come back to it…”

And then your energy is leaky, diluted.

Every open loop is an energetic drain.
Not because you’re doing too much ….
but because you’re not deciding.

Indecision is noise.
Decision is power.

You don’t clear your energy by resting more.
You clear it by closing the loops.

✔ Decide yes — and move
✔ Decide no — and release
✔ Decide later — and actually park it with intention

But staying in “maybe”…
That’s where your life force gets stuck.

The woman you’re becoming doesn’t carry energetic heavy weight

She trusts herself enough to choose.
She backs herself enough to go.
She honours herself enough to let things go.

Your business is not separate from you.

It’s not this thing “out there” that you need to fix, push, or force into working.

It’s actually an extension of you!!!……
Your energy.
Your emotional world.
Your sense of safety, truth, and self.

Which means…

When one thing is off, everything feels off.

If your body is tired but you keep pushing ……your business feels heavy.
If you’re holding grief or tension…..your visibility feels harder.
If you don’t feel safe to receive…..money struggles to land.

Because thing is connected.

And this is why the work I do goes far beyond “business.”

Yes, we expand your visibility.
Yes, we open you to receiving more money.

But we dive into …..

How you feel in your body.
Your relationship dynamics.
What you’re holding beneath the surface.
Where your system is asking for softness, safety, and healing.

Because when you feel alive…
lit up…
nourished by your life…(in all areas!)

You become magnetic without trying!!🎉🎉🎉

And equally, when something feels heavy or off…
that’s not something to override and overrule.

That’s something to listen to.

Slow down.

Not as a setback…
but as a power move.

Switching off won’t break your business.

You get to tend to your body.
