š«Most people think manifestation is about deep belief.
āļøIt isā¦. But itās not the whole picture.
š«Your brain doesnāt move toward what you desire.
It moves toward what feels familiar and safe. (We are always looking to feel safe.)
āļøThis is the neuroscienceā¦..
š«When you vividly imagine something with emotion, your brain activates the same neural pathways as if itās already happening.
It doesnāt recognise the difference.
Add feeling, and your nervous system feels safe.
This is why gratitude work (and why future gratitude is so powerful when done properly)
āļøHereās the key most people tend to missā¦
ā”ļøDonāt try to feel grateful for something that hasnāt happened yet from a place of desire.
That feels unsafe to the body (and then doesnāt happen!)
š¹Instead:
1. Drop into a real memory that already activates the feelings you desire more ofā¦eg love/freedom/bliss/
2. Let your body fully feel that state.
3. From there, allow your future desire to sit inside that same feeling.
š©·This is how you easily teach your nervous system the emotional signature of the future before it actually here.
šEmbodiment comes before strategy.
Feelings come first.
š¹When your body knows the feeling, your choices change.
Your energy softens.
You stop bracing.
You start allowing.
šThis is where real momentum happens.
