BOOT CAMP

Did you know that exercising in the morning can jumpstart your metabolism, leading to increased calorie burn throughout the day? Working out first thing in the morning can also lead to improved focus, mental energy, and even increased productivity throughout your day! And bonus... starting your day by exercising helps to set a health-focused tone throughout your day, often leading to healthier eating and lifestyle choices!
Mornings are less prone to schedule interruptions, so it's much easier to maintain a consistent workout routine also! If you find yourself missing workouts in the evenings due to busy schedules, kid's activities or just exhausted from a long day of work... try an early morning routine!
Our Boot Camp classes are high intensity, fast paced workouts designed for both men and women, to push you at your own individual level! Workouts vary from day to day and week to week, changing focuses periodically to focus more on strength building, endurance, core, flexibility, and so much more! We use elements of military-style training mixed with high intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional exercises to provide a whole-body workout that challenges participants both mentally and physically. Boot Camp classes offer an energetic and motivating atmosphere that encourages participants to push their limits every class! And the camaraderie fostered by group fitness classes help to keep participants accountable!
