We can’t avoid life’s storms, but we can train how we respond. On a Maui zip-lining trip, a picture-perfect day turned into a sudden downpour. With no Plan B, we had to ride it out - a vivid reminder that resilience starts at the cellular level.

Just like our mitochondria rise to the challenge, we grow stronger when we push past comfort zones — whether flying through rain, bouncing in Mojo, or handling daily stress.
