This beautiful female patient in her mid 60s with a history of prior brow lift, facelift, and neck lift came to me for surgical consultation, bothered by her heavy brows and eyelids as well as her drooping nasal tip. We pursued revision brow lift with upper blepharoplasty as well as closed rhinoplasty. His eyes now appear more open and refreshed, and her nasal tip is more lifted. Brow Lift with Facelift and Neck Lift: Before and After (Early Results)

This wonderful female patient in her late 30s came to me for surgical consultation, bothered by her aging brows, face, and neck and lack of facial and jawline contour. She had a prior history of Bellafill filler that is considered a permanent filler as well as additional hyaluronic acid filler and felt her face appeared amorphous.

We pursued brow lift with deep plane facelift and deep neck lift for facial rejuvenation and facial and jawline contouring. This has been my most difficult facelift case to date, as the presence of permanent filler caused fibrosis in the deeper tissues and distorted the native facial anatomy. We are so thrilled with her early beautiful, natural results two months out from surgery.

This wonderful female patient in her late 30s presented for rhinoplasty consultation, interested in softening the appearance of her nose. Her surgical goals included lifting, refining, and deprojecting her nasal tip. We pursued primary open rhinoplasty. Her rhinoplasty results are fairly mature at one year out from surgery, but she will continue to observe decreasing swelling and increasing nasal tip definition with time.
