We pursued primary septorhinoplasty with nasal valve repair to straighten her nose, smooth out her nasal bridge, lift and refine her nasal tip, and. improve her nasal breathing. These before and after photos illustrate her results six months following surgery; her swelling will diminish and her nasal tip definition will increase over the next several months. We first pursued brow lift, upper eyelid surgery, and lower eyelid surgery with facial fat transfer and CO2 laser resurfacing to rejuvenate her heavy brows, redundant upper eyelid skin, and lower eyelid bags. Three years later, she came back for more and underwent revision deep plane facelift and deep neck lift, as her prior facelift surgery did not address her neck, and she desired restoration of facial and jawline contour.
