We’ve all been there. Carol shares two ridiculously simple movements that take 2 minutes but feel like magic.

The Butterfly Slide mobilizes your hip socket while finally giving the back of your body some attention (the front is exhausted from doing all the work!).

The secret? Keep your feet on the floor. When you lift them, you’re back to using those overworked front muscles. Stay grounded, and let your hip socket, pelvis, and all those muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia get the lengthening and strengthening they need. “Seven for good luck” - Carol’s approach based on six-second muscle memory that makes these movements stick.
