We’re excited to share that Allison Pounders, LPN has accepted the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)!
Allison first worked with us from 2014–2019 before gaining valuable experience with a local hospice team. In 2025, she returned to our facility for long-term care, and we’re so happy to now see her step into this new role.

Erika has been a valued part of our team since **2012**, starting as a CNA and continuing to grow throughout the years. From working as an LPN, spending time in HR, to serving as our Assistant Director of Nursing, Erika has consistently shown dedication, compassion, and a true heart for our residents and staff.
