You can do Hands-Only CPR. 🙌

That means:
🫀 Call 911
🫀 Push hard and fast in the center of the chest
🫀 Keep going until help arrives or an AED is ready

You don’t have to worry about giving breaths if you’re not trained or unsure. Chest compressions alone can keep blood flowing to the brain and vital organs in those first critical minutes.

⏱️❤️ Quick CPR Tip – Push Hard & Push Fast ❤️⏱️

During sudden cardiac arrest, high-quality chest compressions are critical.

Remember this simple guideline:

👉 Push hard – at least 2 inches deep for adults
👉 Push fast – 100 to 120 compressions per minute
👉 Allow the chest to fully recoil between compressions
👉 Minimize interruptions until help arrives or an AED is ready

If you’re unsure about rescue breaths, Hands-Only CPR (compressions only) can still help save a life.
