Last week, Kirkland Village, Bethlehem, PA, had one of those days that reminded us why community truly matters. The Life Plan Community's Memory Care Coordinator and Community Life Team went above and beyond to create a day filled with connection, laughter, and joy.

During the day: Health Center and Personal Care residents enjoyed their very own pumpkin patch right here on campus! 🎃 They wandered our marketplace courtyard, selecting their favorite pumpkins and decorating outside in the beautiful weather.

By night: our auditorium transformed into a Halloween Scare Fest! 👻 The space came alive with sweets, treats, snacks, and drinks for residents, staff, and families; the perfect way to unwind after trick-or-treating around the community and spreading smiles to everyone they met.

It’s a true reminder of the impact we make each day by creating spaces filled with joy, belonging, and connection. 🌟

Kirkland Village, our life plan community in Bethlehem, PA, rocked backed to the Fabulous Fifties last week!

From live music that had everyone tapping their toes to delicious root beer floats that brought back the sweetest memories, it was a day full of laughter, fun and friendship, reminding us how special community connections can be.

From poodle skirts to leather jackets, thanks to everyone who joined in to make our retro celebration one to remember!

✨ Team Member Spotlight: Ebony Pearson
Ebony's healthcare journey began at 18 when she cared for her mother after a major surgery. That experience ignited her passion for helping others and led her to become a certified medical assistant in 2012. She makes a difference every single day, "My main goal throughout the day is just to be out in the community and build and develop relationships with as many residents here as possible and their families."

With the support of her manager, Paula Dancho and PSL's education benefits, Ebony is working toward her dream of becoming an LPN before turning 40. and led her to become a certified medical assistant in 2012. What Unbelievable Fun last Saturday at Presbyterian Senior Living Community Fall Fest in Bethlehem, PA🍂

We couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather to bring together residents, team members, and all of their families for a day packed with laughter, joy, and community spirit!

From delicious food and sweet treats to bouncy houses, pumpkin painting, face painting, raffles, carriage rides and the cutest pet costume parade; every moment was filled with fun and smiles!

Weeks of planning truly paid off, and it all came together in the most incredible way. The energy, teamwork, and togetherness made this one for the books!

A huge shoutout to our amazing partners who helped make the day even more special:
