Psychological stress is now recognized as a major trigger of inflammation. It activates the body’s fight-or-flight response, triggering the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals such as cytokines.
Fortunately, research has found that doing things that reduce stress—such as meditating or doing yoga—can reduce those pro-inflammatory cytokines, says Richard Davidson, a professor of psychology and psychiatry and founder and director of the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.”

This. The struggle is real for ALL of us. It’s all in the daily choices we make. That’s why I made myself available 7 days per week @ 7am for anyone looking for a safe space for accountability, community, first light of the morning frequency, movement & so much more. Join us sometime! ♥️🥹🙏🏼

Studies show that up to 43% of daily behavior is automatic.
Your habits are your real medical record.

Yet most medical visits never touch them.

We prescribe statins without asking what mealtime looks like.
We recommend exercise without understanding that your evenings are consumed by caregiving.
We assume motivation is the missing ingredient, when it's almost always structure.

Here's the shift that changes everything:

Example:
