The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office is warning about “Zene,” a synthetic opioid nearly 100x stronger than morphine and more powerful than fentanyl. Even tiny amounts can be fatal and may be hidden in fake pills or street drugs.

Talk to loved ones. Never trust unknown pills.
