Operating as a not-for-profit, social enterprise organization, HVO provides vocational training and employment opportunities for adults with disadvantages and disabilities. The diverse & integrated team environment makes this company unique. HVO’s training programs are nationally accredited by CARF. HVO believes that people have the right to be respected, earn a fair wage, & to have equal opportunities. HVO offers qualifying individuals in Haywood County opportunties to train and make informed choices as they strive to acheive their goals.
HVO has recently extended its operations to include over 260,000 additional square feet for production, training, & employment purposes.
