If you are expericing chronic muscle pain that doctors have been unable to explain or address, please read this.

After almost 20 years as a massage therapist, I feel like I’m FINALLY starting to really understand what I’m doing. *Starting to*

For the past 8 years, I have desperately wanted to change careers, but now, I am SO excited to go another 20+!

Fascia is the key. I’m going back to school, so to speak, and will be learning as much as I possibly can about it and how it relates to every organ and every system of the body. Becasue it does. Fascia wraps around *and through* every organ in the body, both connecting everything and separating it all.

This first pic represents the long awaited discovery of the root cause of an entire chain of pain patterning I’ve been trying to unravel for decades. Why? Look at my shoulders. Then look at them in the second pic. See how my right shoulder is hiked in the second pic?

I spent decades standing on my right leg and also propping up in bed on my right forearm to read and write. Both positions had me twisting forward and to the left. Which created facial restrictions in the left hip/groin area. (And likely spiraling out from there, but I’m just now working all of this out.)

It’s going to take time to make the release long term. And I’m going to be sore as my body readjusts to a new pattern after so many years of restriction. BUT THIS IS SO EXCITING!!!

It’s both life changing and career changing. And I say that with zero hyperbole.
