On Friday, May 1st, the Armed Forces Wellness Center had the privilege of attending the 3rd Annual Pulaski County Wellness Center Conference! 🌟💪🫶

Our very own health promotion technician, Audra, led an engaging breakout session on "Fueling For Health." 🍎🥗 We enjoyed hearing from inspiring speakers on a variety of health topics 🗣️🩺, including an impactful keynote address by Jerry Snider from All In Health and Wellness. 🎤👏 Thank you to everyone who made this event a success! 🙌
