Ladies!!!!!

The New Year is upon us!!!

To be completely honest and transparent I’ve gained some unwanted weight over the last year not being able to exercise like I wanted.

Girl, I’ve got about 15% of body fat to drop off and some muscle to gain back!!💪

So, with that being said who’s ready to kick off 2025 with me????

Good riddance to the heart monitor!!! I had to wear it for 7 days and track whenever I had symptoms. Today I finally was able to take it off. Now I’m left with extreme irritation. The spots where the electrodes were is really itchy and bumpy. It’s not a typical skin irritation I get from adhesive. 1 test down. 2 more to go!!!🫀🫀

With that being said, how do I make it stop itching!!!!!!
