Greetings Waynesville Wellness Community,

I hope you all are enjoying this winter wonderland and that you are staying warm, healthy, and well. We are LOVING the 9in of snow at our house and having fun playing outside with family and our two fur babies, Layla and Cherry, and also staying warm and cozy inside and enjoying the view from our windows.

However, having had two weekends in a row with winter storms, I've had a lot of cancelations, and I could really use your help with spreading the word about my gift certificate sales and massage appointment openings. Please share this email with your family and friends.

I currently have several openings for massages the week of Valentine's Day and throughout February. I am selling a limited number of gift certificates this month, so get yours while supplies last.

Remember that hot towels and essential oils are a part of all massages with yours truly for no extra charge, if you wish to partake in those, but you can also purchase add-ons such as Hot Stones (+$25), Cupping Therapy (+$15), or Henna Art (+$15-$30) when buying a gift certificate online.

Licensed Acupuncturist and experienced Instructor of CEUSeminars.org, Nate Novgrod, is offering a "Decoding the Shoulder Puzzle" workshop in the beautiful town of Waynesville, NC at Waynesville Wellness in just 10 days.

Our little community has come a long way since Hurricane Helene last September 2024, yet our local economy could really use the boost of you visiting and supporting our small and family run businesses.

This is an exceptional time to be in the mountains. Everything is lush and vibrant and wildlife abounds. Even several of our pristine waterways are in the 💚 again after the storm, perfect for cooling off in the summer.

Our local LMBTs and LAcs need not spend extra resources to travel out of town or far distances for their continuing ed - buy local and have a staycation in one of the most beautiful places in the world - our home. Not to mention you'll support your neighbors and colleagues in the business and get to network with other professionals from our community and beyond.

Come get a chair massage from either Logan Novgrod LMBT, Noah Gallinger LAc., LMBT of Waynesville Wellness or Rachel Lee Thomas LMBT of Trillium Holistics this Saturday June 21st 10am-7pm at the Smoky Mountain Yoga & Wellness Festival at Folkmoot on the Green.

Noah will be set up to share acupuncture or chair massage with you at our booth between 10am-3pm. Rachel will be providing chair massage between 10am-4pm and Logan is offering chair massage from 4pm-7pm.

And there will be lots of yoga, fitness, and wellness classes offered all day at the festival along with a LOT of vendors. Come out and join us! There is a closing ceremony from 7pm-9pm that I am very excited about. It looks like a concert / sound bath for the finale!

Happy Spring to Our

Waynesville Wellness Community!

We hope everyone is feeling energized with the new growth of spring and taking a little time to wiggle their toes amongst the clover and violets this season.

Stepping outside barefoot into the soft fresh green grass is a wonderful way to ground and center yourself after a long day of work or when feeling stressed.

And for those more adventurous in their wellness practices, you can tune up your systems by walking barefoot on the pebbles in a stream or on the gravel in your driveway to stimulate those acupressure points on your feet.

Greetings to our supportive Waynesville Wellness community,

A friend of mine, Rossi MacDonald, is offering a FREE FACIAL EVENT
at Waynesville Wellness on
Wednesday April 23rd from 7pm-8pm.

Rossi has started a business selling all natural skin, hair, and wellness products by Riman and would love for people to have the opportunity to try the products at no cost. It will be a light-hearted and fun gathering!
If you decide you like the product, there will be some available for purchase, but there is no pressure
and no obligation to buy.

Just let me know if you'd like to come out to enjoy a little pampering at this self-care event, while networking with the wonderful people who are a part of our Waynesville Wellness community... and in the process, support a lovely mama of 4 in helping to provide for the beautiful family she and her devoted husband have cultivated.
