We are pleased to present:” Yoga Beyond the Mat” This opportunity aims to expand yogic knowledge of its practices and traditions. Each session starts with tea, followed by a reflection and discussion of a book passage. During the session, participants will learn associated mudras, mantras, meditations, and chants. Each session culminates in an asana practice inspired by our reading material.
The 90-minute sessions begin on Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 3-4:30 pm. First reading: "Awakening Shakti" by Sally Kempton Chapter 3 Durga: pages 55-81.
