My next class at Waypoint in Waynesville is March 29 at 5:30. We'll explore Adaptogens and their effects on stress. These herbs have been widely researched and their benefits are well-documented. We'll sample my favorite spicy Krishna Tulsi tea. I like it much better than the more common Temperate Tulsi. You'll go home with resources for a deeper dive and a couple of plants to grow for yourself this summer.

It always amazes me how these tiny medicinal Tea Tree seedlings can grow into a 20 foot tree. Of course, they never get that big here in WNC where I grow them in pots I bring in for the winter.

I thought I'd try rooting some of the Passionflower vines we harvested for medicine last weekend at Botanologos. Just noticed this blossom! What a glorious way to start the day!!
