We are allergy sensitive , Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free with several of our food choices . Health Conscious Gourmet food concession offering meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu choices with a focus on allergy sensitive patrons. Our food is "Nouvelle Cuisine" blending ethnic flavors including Asian, Greek, French, Spanish, American, and BBQ in our own unique combinations and seasoning

Our 3 Chefs, under the direction of our Executive Chef, Phil Schultz, are actively advised by a medical physician, to bring you healthful, nutritious and flavorful ingredients for all of our menu choices. We can provide private catering for special events and can accommodate all palates to create anything your special event might desire. We have been serving the Eastern, Southern, and Midwest USA since 1988.

Getting ready for the new 2025 season. We will return to Florida Folk festival,
On Memorial Day weekend followed by the upperville C**t and Horse Show. June 2nd through the 9th
Then Loudoun Benefit Horse Show June 10 through the 18th’
The Old Songs Festival June 27-29 ,
Cannot verify Blue Heron at this time !
Definitely Brushwood , Sankofa and Sirius Rising 3rd wk in July,
Ohio Renaissance fair starts Labor Day weekend the end of August till October 31 ,
And we have Louisiana Rennaisance faire starts the first week in November to the second week of December ,
And then, hopefully Hoggetown medieval fair will go back to three weekends next year, in January !!!
And the circle repeats itself ,
Looking forward to seeing all our friends, and patrons and
happy hungry folks !
