Western NC family,
Our team, their families and our office survived Hurricane Helene with minimal damage. We appreciate all your messages and concern. As of today, our office has utilities restored. We will reopen on Friday, October 4th for patient care with limited hours from 9:30 am to 1:00pm. We will resume normal hours on Monday, October 7th. If you have an appointment for tomorrow, October 5th you will hear from our office this afternoon. If you had an appointment that was impacted by the weather closure we will reach out to you by October 11th to reschedule. We appreciate your patience as we all work through this difficult time.

Due to the damage of local roadways from Hurricane Helene and for the safety of our patients and staff our office will be closed through Thursday, October 3rd. With current phone outages we have minimal communication ability, if you are experiencing an eye emergency please seek care at the nearest hospital or open medical facility. Assume all appointments through Thursday October 3rd are canceled. Our team will reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. We will reopen as soon as we are able.
