✨ Why I Don’t Just Treat the Pain — I Treat the Entire Chain ✨
Pain is rarely the starting point. It’s just where your body is speaking the loudest.
Your fascia connects your face to your neck, chest, diaphragm, core — even your pelvic floor. When one area is restricted, another area compensates.
Tight jaw? → Could be posture.
Chronic neck tension? → Often linked to chest tightness, diaphragm, or pelvic floor.
Headaches or facial pressure? → The source may be further down the chain.
My Myofascial sessions focus on the entire fascial system — not just the symptom.
By releasing deeper restrictions, we can:

A patient told me that recently after her lymphatic massage — and honestly, I hear versions of that all the time.

Interesting story…I just had a follow up with a patient I did Manual Lymphatic Drainage/Massage on last session and she said that her chronic cough of 6 months disappeared after her massage and has not returned since her last session 1 month ago. This is just one of the many possible health benefits.
