What an AMAZING way to start the day! I love being able to share how amazing equine-supported therapy and coaching work is with others! We spent the morning focusing on being intentional about self-care, calming our minds and bodies and doing a little self-reflective work. It was SO wonderful getting to connect with some of my favorite people and also having the amazing opportunity to build new bonds. Such a an amazing group!

Horses are amazing healing partners and I'm so excited to share this unique Grief and Loss equine-supported group experience which will start monthly this April!

The first session will be held April 17th, 2024 from 6:30-8:00pm with a plan to continue gathering monthly (every 3rd Wed). Based on interest the group may also open up to other days and times so please share this nature/animal based healing experience with anyone you feel could benefit!

The group will be held at Serenity Farm and Stables a beautiful 17 acre horse/wellness farm located just a short drive from the metro area.
