Ufftaaa say that again. Been doing this a long, long, time! The message it's the same language, words, model and outcome! Where ever you are in your life, you have the ability to start working on yourself. You can learn to like yourself and love yourself again. Recovery, mental health, mental illness or being stuck can blossom into the best version of yourself. Stop beating yourself up. Time to face the music and start working on yourself.

Oh and sometimes you may see a bear! Wow this Rocky Mountain Reflection Walk with one of our cali guys was amazing! Not only did he get his 5 year gambling pin (clean 5 years gambling free) but we saw this bear who was epic! Rocky Mountain Refelction Walks in SW Colorado, Ouray and Telluride!
