HAPPY + BLESSED THANKSGIVING 🧡 from my family to yours! Truly, So much to be grateful for this year and always. Today we got to spend time gathering with both sides of our family. Thankful that we all love our time together, and extra bonus because we have fabulous cooks on both sides, making for delicious meals at every gathering! 🦃💛

In my business this year I am thankful for growth and collaboration. It is truly a blessing to have such amazing women on my team working alongside me to support our larger mission of spreading hope and wellness. Then seeing how we continue to expand as we partner with wellness practitioners to provide deeper support to their clients and promote growth in their businesses is truly so fulfilling!

And honestly, none of this would be possible without the tech support from my husband, . We still pinch ourselves with how far this business has come and look forward to what the future holds!

CLIENT CASE STUDY: Brain Fog + Dizzy Spells 🌀

Bioenergetic scanning can be extremely helpful in determining energetic imbalances that could be playing a factor in your unpleasant symptoms. September came and went by within seconds it feels! From coffee dates, fall festivals, soccer, birthdays, and even soaking up the sun during a pool date on 9/28!!! ☀️

So much to be thankful for and cherish! As much as I love summer, fall comes in for me as a close second. While I didn't get as much business work done, it was really a month where I focused on family, enjoying the beautiful weather, and getting back into our new routine once school started! 💜

Hello Friends! I want to take a minute to re-introduce myself for anyone new, or even for those who have been following along over the years.

I am Becca Hatlestad, founder and lead practitioner at RenuHealth. In addition to the business, I am a Registered Nurse, Wife (married to my high school sweetheart), and Mom to three kiddos (and one fur baby).

I love the Lord, traveling (tropical destinations are my fav), and my all-time favorite activity is enjoying outdoor walks, especially when it's sunny. ☀️

In 2018 I launched RenuHealth, after struggling for years prior with my own health challenges, including a severe form of debilitating eczema.

My true passion and purpose increating RenuHealth is to help clients regain hope within their health challenge, and restore balance so they can truly live a vibrant life. ✨

For the past couple years, I switched from posting here to my personal Instagram page for health related topics, and I let this page go quiet. This year, I am reactivating the RenuHealth page, with a focus on inspirational, health, and business specific topics that both current, past, and future clients can enjoy! 💕
