The first snow has arrived at The Retreat, and with it comes a fresh reminder of the beauty—and the challenges—of winter in Minnesota. ❄️

We want to give a huge shoutout to our incredible Operations Team, who work around the clock to keep our Wayzata campus and all six of our Sober Living homes safe, clear, and welcoming. From early-morning plowing to late-night sanding and salting, their dedication ensures our guests, residents, and staff can move through the season with comfort and peace of mind.

Thank you for the care, heart, and hard work you bring every single day. Our community is grateful for you—especially on mornings like this. ❤️❄️
