Premier IV Wellness | Weatherford, TX

We're looking for a rockstar Office Manager & Marketing Coordinator to join our team ASAP. This is a dual role made for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to show up on camera.

📋 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Manage daily office operations & payroll
• Lead and support our staff
• Work in our CRM to manage client relationships
• Make outbound sales calls & do local business outreach
• Create and post social media content
• Get on camera — reels, stories, promos, and more
• Drive memberships and upsells (hello, bonuses 💰)

✨ YOU'RE THE ONE IF YOU ARE:
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Experienced in sales & customer service
• A natural leader who motivates those around you
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Social media savvy and creative

📅 Hours of operation :
Monday – Saturday
Most days: 10AM – 4PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 10AM – 6PM
30–40 hours/week

💵 PAY:
Hourly pay
+ Bonus opportunities for upsells & memberships
