The Parker County Hospital District Telemedicine Program is a partnership between Parker County area schools and the City of Weatherford. We offer treatment to all students enrolled in a Parker county school and all staff members. In addition, we also provide services to employees of the City of Weatherford and their families at our Remote Health Clinic, located at 1501 Texas Drive, suite 100. In

order to enroll in our program, students and city employees must fill out and turn in a consent form before services can be provided. Students with private health insurance or who are covered by Medicaid will have provided PCHD with that information during enrollment. If a student does not have insurance, we will provide options.
