Fear of failure is one of the biggest things that keeps people stuck.

I see this all the time with nurses who want to start an IV therapy business, aesthetics business, wellness clinic, or finally take the leap into entrepreneurship…

But they keep waiting.

Not because they don’t want it.

But because they’re scared.

Scared of failing.
Scared of losing money.
Scared of not knowing what to do.
Scared of what happens if it doesn’t work.

And honestly… I get it.

It took me two years to start my first business because I was afraid of failing.

Then I spent another few years struggling because I tried to figure everything out on my own.

But here’s the truth:

The only way to overcome fear is to move through it.

Fear always looks bigger before you take action.

But once you take the first step, you usually realize it wasn’t as deep as you thought.

You don’t need to feel fearless to start.

You’re not stuck because you don’t know what to do.

Most of the time…

You’re stuck because there’s a decision you haven’t made yet.

You keep telling yourself you’re “thinking about it.”

Or “researching.”
Or “waiting until things slow down.”
Or “making sure the timing is right.”

But if we’re being honest…

A lot of that is just fear dressed up in a nicer outfit.

Fear of failing.
Fear of losing money.
Fear of looking stupid.
Fear of making the wrong move.
Fear of what happens next.

And look, I get it.

Starting the business… launching the offer… putting yourself out there… making the investment… having the conversation… going all in on the thing you actually want…
It’s uncomfortable.

But here’s what’s crazy:

Most people are afraid of an outcome from something they haven’t even done yet.

They’re afraid their business will fail…

Before they even start the business.

They’re afraid people will judge them…

Before they even post the video.

They’re afraid it won’t work…

Before they even give themselves a real chance.

That doesn’t make sense when you say it out loud.

And I say that with love because I’ve done it too.

Every time I feel stuck, it usually comes back to one thing:

I haven’t made the decision.

So here’s what I’d do if I were you…

Write down the thing you feel stuck around.

Then ask yourself:

“What decision am I avoiding?”

That’s probably the move.

Not another month of overthinking.

Not another 19 podcasts.

Not another “let me see how I feel next week.”

Make the decision.

Then back it with discipline.

Because discipline is how you rebuild trust with yourself.

You don’t need to control everything.

You just need to control whether or not you follow through.

And I promise you…

The person who makes the decision, takes action, learns along the way, and keeps going…

Will beat the person who waits for certainty every single time.

So whatever that thing is…

Start the business.

Launch the offer.

Post the content.

Have the conversation.

Take the leap.

Because if you never make the decision…

You’re already failing by default.

Rise up.

If you own a business… read this.

I’m going to give you something simple that can make you money THIS WEEK if you actually take action.

No ads.
No new marketing strategy.
No complicated systems.

Just ex*****on.

One of the easiest ways to get more business right now…
is sitting in your past client list.

And almost nobody is doing this consistently.

Everyone is focused on getting new customers.

Running ads.
Posting content.
Trying to “grow.”

And don’t get me wrong… that stuff matters.

But what most people overlook is this:

The people who have already paid you are your biggest opportunity.

They already trust you.
They already liked what you did.
They already made the decision once.

So getting them to come back again is way easier
than convincing a brand new person to choose you.

Here’s where most businesses drop the ball…

You provide the service.
The customer leaves.
And then… nothing.

No follow-up.
No check-in.
No reminder.
No relationship built after the sale.

Then a few months go by…
and you’re wondering why business feels inconsistent.

It’s not because people don’t want what you offer.

It’s because you didn’t stay in front of them.

If I wanted to generate more revenue fast, here’s exactly what I’d do:

Start with your last 20–50 customers.

Don’t overthink it. Just start.

Step 1: Reach out
“Hey! Just checking in—how have you been since the last time we worked together?”

Keep it simple. No pressure.

Step 2: Open the door
If they respond:
“We’ve got some availability this week if you’ve been thinking about coming back in.”

No hard sell. Just an opportunity.

Step 3: Ask for referrals
“If you know anyone who could benefit from what we do, feel free to send them my way—I’d love to help them.”

That one message alone can bring you new business without spending a dollar.

If you did just this consistently… your business would grow.

Because here’s the reality:

It’s easier to sell to someone who already knows you
than someone who’s never heard of you.

And once someone comes back a second or third time…
that’s when they become a repeat customer.

That’s when things start to feel predictable.

Most businesses don’t have a lead problem… they have a follow-up problem.

And the ones who figure this out
are the ones who grow faster without working harder.
