The gym started as our own personal training space, and the wellness side began as a dream Brody had long before it ever became a business.

What you see today came from two kids with a vision — we built this business just the two of us a few years ago, and it has forged us into who we are just as much as we have worked to shape it.

We take pride in educating our clients, creating a space where recovery makes sense, and showing that living a healthier life isn’t complicated — it’s intentional.

This is a family-owned business in the truest sense.
We actively work in it every day while juggling:
• motherhood
• rodeo schedules
• pregnancy

• and all the chaos of everyday life
