Never. Gets. Old.

Boy it was a whirlwind last weekend, after a late night at a birth and then teaching a 6hr private class I was very delighted to know this very sweet young couple is feeling prepared!

This couple was so unique to work with and had some great questions that most first time parents often don’t think to ask.

I loved every minute with them!

New group class added for Saturday, October 25th in Weatherford Tx and is now open for registration!

This is a childbirth education day class that will give you the education, tools, and techniques to confidentially prepare for your upcoming birth. This is an in-person day class for those who will be expecting around the holiday and into the new year. Couples, hospital births, homebirths, and birth center births are all welcomed. *Limited seating*

Topics we will go over will be:

🌟How to make informed decisions.
🌟Birth basics.
🌟Birth positions and comfort measures
🌟Postpartum and breastfeeding basics

Happy World Breastfeeding Week!

I am very thankful to have been able to sustain life with my own GOD given body for 4 (almost 5) babies!

Cheers to all women who share this joy with me and have attempted to do so! To all the challenges, culture pressures, late nights, lonely quiet moments, snuggles, and possible tears shed in solitude!

I’m not sure if you have noticed but things have been radio silent over here and for a good reason!

Now that I am out of the constant car sick, exhausted, and brain fog our family is ready and happy to announce,

Baby #5 coming in November!

We are ALL very excited! This pregnancy and birth will be a little different than the ones I have planned in the past. I am excited to share what that looks like with you all. But for now what I can say is that there is always a way to know what options you have no matter what birth you are having!

Cheers to FINALLY feeling like I am closing a major chapter of my life and being pregnant once AGAIN over the summer. 🥂
