This is photo is so special to me because not only do these ladies have a special place in my heart but all three of us are supporting a family for their upcoming birth and it has been such a dream team effort for our mama!

I love when birth work becomes a team effort with other individuals who skills play a HUGE role in supporting families in their most impactful journey.

Hot Tip: Hire passionate people to create a team for your birth! You’ll never regret it!

When you know, you know 🤣

In hospital or out of hospital, birth where you feel comfortable and safe. Work with a provider that aligns with your birth beliefs and goals. It truly is not a one size fits all and honestly each birth is different no matter how many you’ve had. So we may need a different support system for one birth verse the other. All in all you have a right to choose the care that you know is best for you.

Another WONDERFUL couple I just finished classes with!

Every couple years I try to do some extended education to better help my families and once I heard that this opportunity was going to be available in my area I HAD to do it! The Spinning Babies workshop I attended yesterday was a DREAM!! So so so thankful I was able to be there!

I can now say I am familiar with the Spinning Babies approach and attended the Spinning Babies workshop for birth professionals in July of 2025

I’m not sure if you have noticed but things have been radio silent over here and for a good reason!

Now that I am out of the constant car sick, exhausted, and brain fog our family is ready and happy to announce,

Baby #5 coming in November!

We are ALL very excited! This pregnancy and birth will be a little different than the ones I have planned in the past. I am excited to share what that looks like with you all. But for now what I can say is that there is always a way to know what options you have no matter what birth you are having!

Cheers to FINALLY feeling like I am closing a major chapter of my life and being pregnant once AGAIN over the summer. 🥂

Birth affirmation of the week, is the governing of peace.

“And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.”
‭‭
Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭15‬ ‭

The Greek word here for peace is “eirene”. The literal meaning is, a state of national tranquillity, the tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and content with its earthly lot, of whatsoever sort that is.

Sometimes in order to be at peace with the process and PROGRESS of birth is to know that what your body is doing is normal and what it needs to do birth your baby in anyway shape and form. This “ruling” means it will determine and decide what actions and responses we will give and let control you in our day to day, including during birth.

Let this PEACE help you surrender to what you were called to do.

Include this affirmation in your birth bag or write this down as you make informed decisions for your upcoming birth.
