Our lifelong learning journey took us all the way to Australia as we explored the ancient and vibrant culture of the Aboriginal Peoples! We were amazed by their rich traditions, listened to the unique sounds of a real didgeridoo, and learned how they pass down stories through stunning dot paintings. 🖌️✨

Then it was our turn — and our residents’ creativity shined as they crafted their own beautiful pieces. So much fun, laughter, and connection all in one incredible morning!

🌿✨ Green Thumb Club: A Fairy Garden Adventure! 🧚‍♀️🌸

Today’s Green Thumb Club took a magical turn as we explored the charm of Victorian fairy gardens! Residents created their own enchanted mini worlds using moss, pebbles, and a whole lot of imagination. 💫

The best part? We topped it off with the silliest fairy tales to match each garden—turns out, tiny gardens hold BIG adventures! 💚

Our lifelong learning passports took us on an exciting virtual adventure to Australia today! Residents explored the vast beauty of the Outback, learned all about this incredible country and continent, and even enjoyed a stunning performance at the iconic Sydney Opera House. 🎶🦘

From kangaroos to culture, it was an unforgettable journey — and we can’t wait to dive into Aboriginal culture next week! 🐾💛

🌍🌊 Today we journeyed to Kenya during our Life Long Learning series! We explored Swahili fishing traditions with mini dhow boat races—blowing wind into our sails with some serious competitive spirit! Then we stepped into the shoes of the mighty Maasai tribe and put our warrior skills to the test in a spear throwing competition. Let’s just say… some of us might be ready for the savannah! 🛶🌀🦁💪
