Congratulations to Kenzie Craighead on being accepted into the Northeastern State University College of Optometry! She has been with us for two and a half years as a technician, optician, contact lens specialist, and InMode dry eye specialist. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she said that it’s the relationships she has made with our patients and staff that have made a long-lasting impression on her. We are so happy for her but so sad to lose her!

If you plan on viewing the eclipse on April 8th, make sure you get some good quality glasses to look thru. Sometimes those that you see for $1 won’t protect your eyes. Looking at the eclipse can cause retinal burns.

A good way to see if yours is safe is try them on now indoors. Nothing should be visible and even the brightest lights should only faintly appear. Same with standing outside. :)
