It's nice to know when you take care of your body, your body takes care of you! I started Day 1 of this Blitz on the way home from Alabaman and after a week of travel, enjoying some indulgences but still being intentional with choices and keeping up with morning walks, drinking EAAs, meditation and of course, coffee, I lost 1lb on the morning of Day 2! TAKE-AWAY: Body bounces back when it's in a healthier state and, most importantly, *having a plan and *simple tools to get back on track makes ALL the difference!
