This is for my mamas-

Starting in January I will be leading in-person and virtual moms groups. Each group will be intimate- only 6 mamas in each. The goal is to create support and community while providing tools and resources to help each mom thrive in their stage of motherhood.

I never do this but my goodness I have to share! 🤗

Today a HUGE win happened…

I’ve been seeing clients for 8 years never being able to submit for upgrade to fully licensed due to moving, different state requirements, and babies/mat leaves… finally, after two moves, two babies and three states later I am officially a LMFT! 🎉 Found out today Texas approved my 5000+ hours!

Finally my years of experience and training will be recognized. This is a long time coming and huge accomplishment to finally be done with the “associate” title forever!!! 🙌🏼

To all those who believed in me, pushed me, prayed for me, and helped me please know YOU are part of the reason I am here today. Thank you 🫶🏼

You get married and can’t relate to your single/dating friends. You become parents and move into a new phase again.

No matter the season it somehow becomes increasingly harder to find friends as we get older.
