Ally was able to go to the Grace House last month and offer the mom’s a mommy and baby yoga class. They are in need of packages of diapers, wipes, and sippy cups.
So we decided to make a contest out of it for November!
For each item that you bring in, you will write your name on a raffle ticket and put it in for a drawing to win a limited edition Pav Yoga sweatshirt. This contest is for both studios and both studios will have a winner.
Let’s bless the Grace House with an abundance of supplies!

💙We aren’t closing💙

‘I noticed this place a few years ago and have been meaning to check it out.’
OR
‘I have heard such great things about this place and just haven’t made the time to go in and take a class.’
OR
‘That looks fun we should try it sometime!’

Until that place of business is no longer open because small businesses are suffering right now.

So you never got the chance to take a life-changing yoga class or meet an amazing community of individuals that keep you accountable and healthy because the doors have been shut for good.

Honestly yall writing this blurb makes me nauseous. And it is a harsh reality in our small business world today. Yoga studios are literally dropping like flies while doors are being shut on spaces that have been open for YEARS.

When we say ‘there is no US without YOU’ we mean it wholeheartedly.

Please hear my heart. Just because it is convenient and easy to access doesn’t mean that it is better. We weren’t meant to live a life without actual human connection and community.

And? We really need you. I know all my small business owners really need you. It’s hard out there 🫶

Great news yogis!

Together we raised over $600 for the AFSP fundraiser and walk.
Thank you to ALL of our sponsors that donated goods and services for the baskets we raffled off at the anniversary party.

Hey Pav’ians! Tomorrow is the candy crawl so Downtown Weatherford Inc. will be putting up the barricades at 8:00am.
Can yall park in the parking lot across the street so that the can get the event rolling? Thanks guys! See you tomorrow!

We had so much fun at the Wine & Whiskey Walk this morning with some of our favorite people!
Go downtown and check out the food, drinks, live music and vendors today until 7:00pm.
Stop by our booth and grab some stickers and free class passes too!

This is a FREE Wine & Yoga class on Saturday October 11th at 11:00am! You can get some sips and stretches before the main event kicks off downtown.
We will be down at the entrance located by PNC on Main Street on the square. You can park in the county parking lot and you will want to be in the parameter by 10:45am.
Just bring your yoga mat and tell the people at the entrance you are doing the Wine & Yoga class.
The wine we have was graciously donated by Bankhead Texas Wine Bar.
