Substance Abuse Guidance and Education, LLC - SAGE - Weatherford, TX Our mission is to provide counseling, education, and support for SAGE clients throughout the state of Texas.

SAGE is a substance abuse outpatient treatment facility providing affordable quality substance abuse assistance to those in and around Tarrant, Parker, Hood, and Waco counties in Texas. To help ensure that your voice is found, heard, and utilized as we walk through your recovery journey together. Our purpose is to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.

Unfortunately, due to temporary delay in processing with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) licensing, our outpatient treatment programming will be on hold. Updates will be posted as they become available to ensure everyone remains informed.

Education classes such as DWI, DWI Intervention, BIPP, Anger Management and Parenting will not be affected during this period.

I want to emphasize our unwavering dedication to our clients and their treatment progress. This situation is temporary, and we are fully committed to minimizing its impact.
