Lisa first started her journey with Pennant at Wisteria Place Assisted Living as a concierge, quickly working her way into the Business Office Manager position. Always searching for ways to learn, grow and make an impact, she was given the opportunity as Operations Manager at Wisteria Independent Living where she quickly showed her determination to provide Life-Changing Services to the residents there. Lisa stepped into the CIT program while still operating Wisteria Place ILF and immediately made an impact on both residents and her teams.

Lisa’s dedication to CAPLICO and PEARLS inspires her to lead with purpose. In just a short time at Windsor, she’s already making an impact!
