We had a wonderful group of participants in Upledger’s Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy course this past weekend with Jennifer Rydlinski at Wholistic Body Solutions Weatherford, TX👏🏼🧠♥️!!

Everyone did an outstanding job of holding space for one another. It was an absolute joy to witness the care you each brought to the work♥️.

CranioSacral Therapy is a hands-on, whole body assessment and treatment that releases tension in the body, eases discomfort, and works to restore internal homeostasis.
