August is National Wellness Month! At the Wellness Center there are numerous opportunities to get up and going, including: indoor climbing, basketball, pickleball, indoor soccer, free weights, cardio equipment, an indoor walking track, Teqball, volleyball and many MANY more!

Come play some while we have the nets up on Court 3 for a couple weeks! If you can’t make it in the next couple weeks though don’t worry, the nets will be up again throughout the school year! Equipment is available for checkout at the front desk with your valid SWOSU ID.
