This week is National Skilled Nursing Care Week, an annual celebration honoring the communities and caregivers dedicated to providing compassionate care every single day. This year's theme is "Moments in Bloom."

At Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center we see those moments blooming all around us. A resident reaching a goal they have been working toward. A caregiver offering a kind word at just the right time. A family member feeling truly at ease knowing their loved one is well cared for.

We are proud of the community we have built here in Weatherford and grateful for every person who is part of it.

As we look back at the highlights of April, we want to take a moment to recognize an incredible part of the Hilltop Park family. April was Occupational Therapy Month, and we were proud to celebrate the amazing team pictured here who help make a difference in the lives of our residents and patients every single day.

Their compassion, encouragement, patience, and dedication help our residents regain strength, confidence, independence, and joy. This month and every month, we are beyond grateful for everything they do. Truly, we could not provide the level of care and support we strive for without them.
