Harleigh brings a warm, creative, and resident-centered approach to every activity she develops. In Assisted Living, her role is vital — helping residents stay active, socially connected, and purpose-driven each day. Her thoughtful planning and genuine care will add so much joy to our community.

We’re excited to introduce Ashley Sands, our new Activity Director for Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Memory Care at Hilltop Park Rehab & Care Center.

Ashley brings a bright energy, a compassionate spirit, and a true passion for creating meaningful, purposeful moments for our residents. Her work is essential — especially in memory care — where engagement, familiarity, and joy make a tremendous impact on daily quality of life.

We are incredibly lucky to have Ashley leading our activities program, and we can’t wait to see the experiences, connections, and memories she helps create here at Hilltop.
