Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean fancy recipes or unusual foods. Sticking to familiar favorites can keep you feeling strong and energized!

✅ Choose everyday proteins like eggs, chicken, or yogurt.

✅ Frozen or canned veggies & fruit count too!
