This month we've been talking a lot about bravery. Bravery shows up in many forms—on the mat, at work, at home, or in everyday life. Often, it’s the people around us who remind us what courage looks like.

Fear and anxiety can show up anywhere, even on the mat. But yoga gives us tools to calm the mind and regain focus.

Here are a few strategies you can try:
💨 Conscious Breathing – slow, deep breaths help quiet the nervous system.
🎯 Focused Awareness – bring your attention to your body, your posture, or the sensations under your feet.
🕉️ Mantras – repeating a grounding phrase like ‘I am safe’ or ‘I am capable’ can shift your mindset.
