In every class, the mirror gives instant feedback.
💭 Are you staying focused or checking out when things get hard?
💭 Are you holding steady in balancing postures or letting frustration take over?
💭 Can you stay calm and breathe when the posture feels uncomfortable?

Standing Head to Knee is a true test in patience. Wobbling? Yep, we've all been there. Doubt? Oh heck yes! But when you take the posture step by step, breath by breath, you build patience, focus, and strength (mentally and physically!)

1️⃣It starts with your foundation: rooting down and standing tall. Even here, you’re practicing presence and balance.
2️⃣Then comes the grip: interlocking your fingers and committing to the posture. Progress shows up in that effort.
3️⃣As you extend the leg forward, control becomes your teacher. The height of your leg doesn't matter, your balance does.
4️⃣In the hold, you breathe through the challenge. This is where resilience grows.
5️⃣When you fold forward, awareness deepens. You move with intention, not force, staying present in your body and your breath.

When you arrive in stillness, balancing and breathing, we hope you celebrate what you've just done. Not just physically, but mentally too.
