Hey friends! Please let me introduce myself! My name is Mary Thomas and I did the most difficult and amazing thing this summer and opened up my own private training studio! This has been a career long dream, to have my own space where I could collaborate with likeminded practitioners and offer an all encompassing wellness center! As we continue to grow, we learn every day that the backbone of this space is the people that we serve!
Whether we are laughing and dancing along to disco in a group class, or opening up about the most vulnerable moments of life during a private training session, my dream for this gym is to build a community that is there for each other through thick and thin!
