Having over a decade in the fitness industry has given me the opportunity to hear about every excuse in the book when it comes to why people don't choose to exercise. By creating Just Move Fitness LLC I hope to create a way to get around at least one excuse I hear. Time seems to be a big one to people these days. We're running here and there on our lunch break doing errands. Were taking kids here and there after work. We are not making time for ourselves and that is very sad. I having your personal fitness coach come to you you save time. You save the time and the hassle of getting to a destination today and figure out how you're going to work out on a certain machine or how you're going to drone through 30 minutes on the elliptical. Why not work out in your house? Why not have a couple friends come over and work out with you have a group training? You must take care of yourself in order to be able to take care or do for others. It is OK to make healthy choices for yourself. In doing so you show your spouse, children, or family that health and wellness matters! So I encourage you to start taking control of your life! Join us on April 9th , World Parkinson's Day, for this special event!

Copland, Becky and Jessica will be hosting this years Cycle-o-thon, Pedal for a Purpose.

Each bike will be a minimum of $60 per hour!

The event will start at 8:15 and run until 1:00 pm, we will offer 15 minute breaks every hour for instructor change. Child care will be open from 8:00 am-1:00 pm for the event.

The neck and shoulders are a main area to accumulate stress. In particular the neck muscles react very sensitively to stress.

Needless to say that this is even further aggravated by spending all day hunched over the desk, mobile phone, or in the car.

Many people have the tendency to react to stressful situations by tightening the muscles in the neck and shoulders, which can cause pain in these areas in the long term.

Yoga Beyond the Basics: Neck and Shoulder series will address these issues and more.
