Hey fitness friends! I’ve had a lot of inquiries to my FB page lately asking if I’m still offering Fitness Training and Yoga classes. Yes I am! Although I haven’t posted on here in a while, I‘m still offering training at the YMCA- Woodfin for both members and non-members, along with in-home training within 10 miles of Weaverville. Feeling tight, unbalanced, want to build focus and more strength? Please join me Friday's @ 9:15-10:15 for Vinyasa Slow Flow @ the beautiful and bright Weaverville Yoga Studio.

Slow Flow: is a slower (vinyasa) yoga in which movements are synchronized with breath in a smooth, flowing way. Ranging from a gentle slow therapeutic pace, to a mildly vigorous practice, where you will be calmly challenged and energized. While you flow through powerful and graceful sequences, the focused movements turn to building and engaging your strength, concentration, balance, and flexibility.
**3 months or more of prior yoga experience is recommended.

Hey y’all! Join me Fridays @ 9:15-10:15 for Yoga Strong. This is a Slow Flow class which is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga. Hope to see you on the mat!

"Join Natalie Friday at 9:30a.m in WY’s new all-levels Yoga Strong class. Tomorrow we will be exploring thoracic and shoulder mobility and how to build strength in those areas to help promote strength in your yoga practice. This class is best enjoyed in person as hands-on adjustments and accommodations may be made. "

New classes beginning March 21st!

NEW YOGA CLASSES! Mondays, starting March 21st

Align and Flow - 8:45a.m. - 9:45a.m.
Gentle Yoga - 10:15a.m. - 11:15a.m.

Align and Flow is a slower flowing (vinyasa) class, in which movement is connected with the breath encouraging expansion and depth. Focus is on building strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and relaxation, along with learning and practicing various breathing techniques. Suitable for All Levels.

Gentle Yoga is ideal for those desiring a slower, more gentle approach to their Yoga practice. This class is suitable for Beginners, Seniors and/or those recovering from illness, or injuries. Chairs may be used in this class.

$15/class or $130 for a 10 class pack
