We have incarnated for the collapse of the empire (again)...there is a rise and fall of cycles and periods that has happened throughout time.

Wars are raging internationally and we are in civil unrest in the United States on the brink/beginnings of a war of the people versus the government.

This war is looking to be financial - because what we consume and buy, especially when its with major corporations, is fueling the war and genocides happening internationally.

Many will be striking back by choosing black out days to not purchase anything, shop at amazon or even buy gas on those days - because when it comes down to it, the people are the economy and one way to make a statement is to no longer support the movements of corruption in our franchise world - see many of you are working to create someone else's wealth...but when it comes down to it a lot of those major corporations aren't contributing positively to our earth or the people (not all - there are some amazing organizations out there fighting the good fight).

I hate to bring doom to you and that is not entirely what this is - but the fabric of our world as we knew it is changing and we get to choose how we change with it.

The first blackout day (don't buy anything) is October 18th - millions of US citizens will be making a statement by impacting the economy (we make up 80% of it as consumers)

You are free to tend to these global energies in the way that you choose, I will be using my dollar as my vote on this one and following the black out days and choosing to give my money and resources to buying and sourcing local and humane as much as I can moving forward.

For those of you who don't know how to take a stand in the dramatics and unrest in our world - this is a peaceful but impactful way to say No to the harm that is happening through Trumps administration and the wars.

I'm not one to get involved in politics - it's such a corrupt system - however, there is a stirring inside of me that wants to contribute to shaping our new world in whatever ways that I can and this is one easy way that feels fun to play with.

While our world unravels and the old paradigm falls and new ones try to take their place we all have a choice point. Who do you want to be in our new world?

Because trauma is at an all time high on our planet right now, I know that relational technology and becoming trauma-informed is another way you can help our world heal. You've already been seeing a feeling it - connections lost as we stare into our phones, a zombie nation that is distracted and dopamine addiction has been created (I have been swayed by this darkness myself - it's the addiction in my world that has the greatest pull, and I can feel how it changes me when I become lost to technology).

Aside from all the brothers and sisters whose lives are being forfeit and taken to the war, I have lost 3 people in my world in the last few months to drug overdoses (co***ne mixed with other things).
The entities that feed off darkness are putting up a fight right now and these addictions are easy gateways for them to prey on your energy.

The more we can stand in the center of love, the better.

It's easy to get polarized to a side right now, there are many sides to choose from and yes, many of the crimes happening are abhorrent.

Can we choose the way of love anyway (easier said then done sometimes).

I know this is a dark and painful conversation, but in order to create a new world -

The relational and trauma healing skills that will help us repair the fabric of our world, show up for one another with more skill and heal the trauma that this reality inflicts upon us.

Magnetic Energy Practice

I’ve been working with this one since the last eclipse… and it’s been changing everything.

Here’s the truth: when our thoughts are on others, our energy flows out to them. When we want something from them, even subtly, it can be felt - and often creates repulsion instead of magnetism.

So lately, any time I catch myself in seeking, longing, or hunger, I simply call my energy home. I gather it back into my body, into the present moment, and reorient inside myself.

And the results? Super aligned, magical experiences - because when I’m not searching, but just being, the right frequencies show up and vibrate right to me.

But when I reach from emptiness, I miss the alignment.

🌹 Try this: bring your energy home. Call it in to your body, your energy, to the present now moment.

Notice where your mind drifts - especially to people you’ve been close with. Call your energy back. Even if you do it five times a day, watch how your field changes and watch the shift in what experiences and people come your way.

The difference is magnetic. The difference is you - fully in your body, magnetizing life instead of chasing it.

When someone comes to you with their heart bared and their pain forward

How do you respond?

Do you shut down?
Ignore it?
Minimize it?
React to it?
Defend yourself?
Do you spin it back in their face and say - well here is how you have impacted me - making it about you
Or do you go into - they are telling me I'm not good enough?

I find these to be the most common responses to someone with charge and pain in their field.

They are also the most damaging.

Here is what you can try instead.

Validate their experience and pain even if it doesn't make sense to you. It's their experience and if you love them you ought to care about their experience. Even if yours is different.

100% of emotions deserve validation.

Example: Wow thank you for sharing this me, it makes total sense that you would feel this way. I'm curious to know more about what your experience is like.

Recognize if they are coming to you with their heart on their sleeve, tears in their eyes, fear in their bodies or a sense of deep lonliness that it took them a LOT of courage to bring it to you. How you hold this moment can make or break a relationship.

Instead of reacting or expecting them to show up from their mature self (they can't fully - something is triggered in them) sit with them in their experience if you have enough resource to do so.

Feel with them. Touch into their pain. Open your senses to understand what is going on inside their body. Feeling it with them doesn't mean taking it on as yours it's a simple act of connecting to them and what is active in their system

This can look like - wow i can sense the fear rising in you. The tension in your shoulders. How you speed up when you tell me this part of the story. I'm here. I can feel you. Here is what I feel this is stirring inside of you. You are not alone.

Tell them what you feel not as a way to fix, or with the intent to change, but as a way of connecting. When you are connected, Actually connected, it's easy to feel someone else and translate what you are noticing.

But if you are reactive or in defense you'll miss them completely and the pain will grow bigger for them because they will be alone inside of it, even if you are inches away from them.

When you feel someone else's pain with them it means they no longer have to be alone in the overwhelm they are feeling and it begins to shift the state. This is the beautiful technology of coregulation.

Again the intent is not to change the state because you are uncomfortable with the bigness of their emotion, but to connect to it, to feel it and by feeling it you understand it and through that connection it automatically begins to transform.

But if you react here, throw it back in their face, demand to be seen by them instead of meeting them - the damage grows, the chasm of disconnect gets bigger, the wounding gets louder and they will likely ramp up even more to let you know you missed the point - you aren't connecting to me, you arent feeling me, and I'm alone - it's absolutely overwhelming to feel alone inside your pain.

Because when I feel you feeling me I'm no longer alone and my system can regulate more easily. When I'm regulated connection becomes available again.

They came to you with their heart wide open.
Its a sacred moment and a gift, that level of trust. How you respond will either shape your relationship or break it.

They aren't coming to you to feel even more alone.

Everyone in my field is talking about Aubrey Marcus and Vylana, their "radical monogamy" label, and the attack on hieros gamos/divine union. Its stirred relational controversy up the wahoo.

Simultaneously Pdiddy is in trial in New York for outrageous offenses including s*x trafficking, conspiracy, and raqueteering - yet very few people are talking about this.

This is a man who has been committing these offenses for over 30 years now, thousands of witnesses, child s*x trafficking, etc

I'm much more concerned about the "attack" on human rights, relationships, and bodies through this being.

Both Aubrey Marcus and Pdiddy have huge spheres of influence. They are at the center of very large webs and it's clear that their actions have a ripple effect.

As a spirit communicator and person who has facilitated countless exorcisms and done 10 years of spirit integration work, do I believe dark forces are real. Absolutely

Right now the entities in Hollywood are being revealed. We have Ariana Grande publicly saying she went to get her mind erased while declining in public eye since wicked.

I've seen multiple high profile humans taken over by these "entities" Doreen virtue who rescinded her angel card empire to reclaim Jesus Christ, however if you watch how she speaks about her "faith" its distorted, and feels like a false christ technology - of which there are multiples running in our world. It looks like faith, acts like faith but it's really twisted christ consciousness that judges and attacks rather then loves.

Another one was Barbara Marciniak who channeled pledians...similarly her leadership shifted tones all of a sudden, her whole personality changing overnight.

Coincidence? I think not.

Look at this photo of Pdiddy wearing a glittering cross while simultaneously kidnapping and selling children for trafficking. Again most of this is hidden in plain sight. The only reason trafficking is a thing is because these people are being purchased BY A LOT OF PEOPLE.

There is a reason that most people who are involved in massacres and shootings don't remember their acts after the fact - it's because it wasn't them, it was the entity inside of them.

I had so much fun in medicine space with these 3.

Im getting ready for my next practitioner training in the fall.

It's been a few years since I've had a practitioner training. I'm pretty serious about my lineage and the types of energies that are meant to be a part of it.

That includes me and the energy I'm holding in my system.

Embodied Energy

Are You Meant to Be a Healer?
Some of us don’t choose the path.
It chooses us.
And for a while... we resist.

I heard the voice from a young age.
But for years, I felt shame anytime someone asked what I did.
It felt too big. Too mystical. Too… hard to explain.

And yet, it never stopped calling.
Eventually, I stopped resisting and stepped into the work I was born to do.

And now, I train others who are hearing the call too.

Our Story

I am a spirit seer, psychic trainer and energy embodiment guide, as well as many other things! I got here through experience, trial and error and transforming through my own personal journey. In College, I was diagnosed as Bi-polar and prescribed medication for anxiety, depression and sleep. I felt crazy, was additionally medicating with drugs and alcohol and none of the “medicine” I tried ever really worked for me. I decided to seek solutions on my own when therapy and medication didn’t work. I took myself to the self help section at Barnes and Nobles for the first time and had a stack of books I was getting ready to buy. In that moment, something told me to look back up at a shelf and grab one particular book. This was the first time I consciously remember using my intuition. The book I grabbed was called “Positive Energy” By Judith Orloff. I set my stack of books down and walked out with just the one. This book was my introduction into subtle energy and my saving grace amidst so much “dis-ease”. In the book, Judith Orloff has a check list called “Are you an intuitive Empath?” I was a yes to every single question on the list. All of a sudden, after years of feeling crazy and tortured, I had a language to describe what was happening to me. I was an empath, a psychic sponge absorbing the emotions and energies of the people and places around me. I was then set on a trajectory that radically altered my perception of life and began to deeply heal myself through the understandings and applications of subtle energy practices. Not long after taking my first Healing Touch Course (a hands on healing modality), my spirit communication abilities naturally developed and all sorts of beings began coming around to try and communicate with me and to others through me. I have been on this path of healing ever since and wow has it been a wild ride. The clearer my channels get, the more access I have to higher realms of consciousness and the beings that reside there. Seeing and perceiving beyond the physical is a unique and sometimes confusing experience. I studied the path of energy healing and began to develop my psychic and intuitive abilities even further which helped me understand what was happening. If it weren’t for the courses and teachers that I had in the energy arts I imagine I would still be pretty lost and addicted to drugs. Through my practice, I healed myself of drug addiction, a chronic knee injury, “bi-polar” disorder and so many other ailments that were coming from being sensitive and having misaligned energies. I often felt alone on this path and because of this I became dedicated to guiding others through their awakenings and sensitives. Today, my business focuses on healing and activating budding healers. I have years of tools and techniques that I have developed and learned and through my visions, channeling and spirit connection can usually find a method to help transform the energy of any being who desires to work with me. Together, we walk the path of awakening. Sensitivity is a sign that you were born to feel, to help others feel. We have become so disconnected.
