Here's a trap many online clients I work with fall into when it comes to pain, tension or discomfort in the body. The moment pain begins to fade they either stop doing "pain-pattern interrupts" or don't feel they need to continue to get help and support...
THIS IS A MAJOR TRAP!
WHY?
Because when the part of the body screaming the loudest begin to calm down...You're now going to be able to "feel" the underlying tension pattern that caused the initial body part to grab your attention.
Most people aren't trained to look at the pain in their body this way and as a result they end up on a rollercoaster of being in pain or "less pain" without any real deeper understanding of what's going on in their body.
