✨From Combat Boots to Cozy Roots✨

Facebook reminded me today just how much life can change. 🌸

On this day in 2023, I was an Airborne Paratrooper—combat boots laced, static line ready to be hooked, jumping out with Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg. 🪂

Today, in 2025, I’ll be in my massage therapy office here in Weaverville, California—grounded, grateful, and serving my community in a whole new way. 💆🏻‍♀️

I’m so thankful I got the opportunity to live the best of both worlds, and I’m grateful for the chance to bring that same strength back home and into the massage space.

Bodyology Trinity is Closing Its Doors - End of June! 🩵

Life has a way of leading us down new paths, and after much reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close this chapter of Bodyology Trinity at the end of June. This decision comes not because I don’t deeply appreciate this community (I truly do!)—but because I’m moving out of state, starting a new chapter in my life. 🌍

It has been an absolute privilege to serve you, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and trust you’ve placed in me. We hope you’re all thawing out nicely after the Great Freeze of ‘25! Who knew we’d be celebrating Valentine’s Day with frostbitten toes and blanket forts?

If this power outage taught us anything, it’s that we take heat (and feeling in our extremities) for granted!
