Also, be aware, Life Extension is no longer using Lab Corp for the blood draw. If you utilize Life Extension, you must now go to QUEST labs for the blood draw. So it was recently dog show season, but we never posted pictures from the November CFA International all-breed cat show here in Asheville. Doc and I were ring stewards once again. We got to see 35 different breeds and 225 kitty entrants. It's a blast every year!

SO, recently we had our 4700th "new" patient! How crazy is that!? One nurse, one doctor, 21 years and 4700 patients! We are beyond blessed and grateful for all of it, it's been quite a ride. To have touched, and to have been touched, by that many people in this chapter of our careers, there are just no words for it. My goal was always to get to 5000...I dunno, that may be a lofty one! Thanks to each and every one of you! It is an honor and a privilege to have earned your trust over these years. We've been through a lot of "life" together with you all, haven't we?! 😍

To all of our friends and patients in Nashville and surrounding areas...our hearts and thoughts are with you all. We know that many of you are in hotels right now. If you need anything, let us know. We're 5 hours straight out 40 East so if you need or want to stay, just come on over. Love you all...

Yearly PSA, sorry it's a bit late! Remember, if you have an FSA, it's use it or lose it. If you don't spend all of it by the end of the year, it will be forfeited and you will lose that benefit. So get out there and buy stuff and use up your money, don't leave it on the table. This does not apply to HSAs, which do roll over with you from year to year. Happy new year everybody!
